Our client is looking for an experienced *Litigation Paralegal *to join their in-house legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to contribute to high-impact litigation and regulatory matters while working closely with a small, collaborative team.
*Type: *Contract – 9+ Months duration (40 Hours a Week)
*Pay: *$40.00 – 50.00, DOE
*Location: *Downtown Portland, Oregon – *HYBRID *– 4-days per week ONSITE with potential for increase flexibility depending on performance.
*Responsibilities of the Paralegal:*
* Provide litigation support, including case management, document review, and coordination with outside counsel
* Manage discovery processes: collect, organize, and produce documents in response to subpoenas and discovery requests
* Perform cite-checking with proficiency in Bluebook
* Create exhibits and support court filings
* Draft and review legal documents such as non-disclosure agreements (preferred but not required)
* Leverage advanced Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) to support daily operations
* Contribute to a small in-house legal team with flexibility and adaptability across a variety of tasks
*Requirements of the Paralegal:*
* 3+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience (certifications a plus but not required)
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving mindset
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Strong relationship-building skills across departments and with external counsel
