As a Part Time Retail Sales Specialist, you will be engaged in a dynamic work environment where your passion for design and customer service shines. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $19/hour, alongside the potential for uncapped commissions by working 20-30 hours per week. Help us inspire our customers and bring their home decor ideas to life! Key Responsibilities: Engage with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals in our Showroom. Provide tailored recommendations to meet specific space, style, and budget requirements. Build lasting relationships by consistently exceeding customer expectations. Educate customers on the installation and use of our extensive product range. Set and track individual sales goals to ensure success. Manage store orders and keep customers informed with product updates. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Perform other duties as required to support store operations. Qualifications: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a drive to exceed expectations. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Open to feedback and committed to personal growth. Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations while multitasking effectively. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Has a good understanding of various design styles, colors, and textures.
