Purpose: The Partner Integration Sales Manager works with the Chief Business Officer to oversee and coordinate the Sales process for Partner Integration tuck-in opportunities. This process includes managing and coaching the internal sales associates, leading aspects of the sales process, driving opportunities through the Partner Integration sales core process, obtaining LOI’s, then leading the due diligence process through contract while handing off to the Credent Advisor Solutions team. Job Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential opportunities: understand market trends, competitor landscapes, and company performance to identify potential targets and opportunities. Sales prospecting: cold calling, conducting meetings coordinated by internal staff, leading introductory meetings. Leading advisors through the sales funnel while following our core process. LMA: Lead, manage and hold accountable the Partner Integration Team Lead, Partner Integration Associates and Internals to coordinate and set up meetings for the Sales team. Responsible for the training of the PI Sales team. Event Participation: Working with the Internal team to coordinate, schedule, contact, and invite advisors to Credent hosted events in targeted geographic locations. Due Diligence: Lead prospects through the due diligence process post LOI. Coordinate discovery sessions and obtain information to evaluate potential for contractual agreement. Financial Modeling and Valuation: Obtain and analyze financial data, in coordination with CBO, develop valuation models, and facilitate conversation with prospect to finalize LOI agreement. Closing and Integration: Oversee the closing process, coordinate the integration of the acquired company, and work with transition team to ensure a smooth transition. Post-Merger Integration: Support managing the integration of the acquired company, including cultural integration, system integration, and strategic alignment. Obsessions: Partner Integration and CAS Revenue Growth, managing sales funnel to drive advisors to next steps of core process. Metrics: Introductory meetings, Proposal meetings, Letters of Intent Equipment Used: Standard office equipment Cloud-based storage software Finance, Payroll, and Marketing software CRM software Microsoft Office Suite Expense reporting software Hours: Monday through Friday; 8 AM to 5 PM Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Analytical and strategic thinking skills Project Management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Proactive work ethic with excellent organizational abilities Collaborative approach to cross-functional initiatives Attention to detail and consistent follow-through Professional demeanor aligned with Credent's standards Strategic mindset balanced with practical execution capabilities Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field Experience in M&A, corporate finance, or financial advising is desirable. Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA beneficial.
