Channel Account Manager Copiers REMOTE ( Mid-West)
Our client, a prominent provider of digital imaging solutions in the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean, is looking for a Channel Account Manager in the Mid-West region. The right candidate will have a strong technical background and proven experience in driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
This is a full-time remote position with a competitive salary range of $70,-, annually, including commission opportunities. The commission structure is based on a 65/35 split.
Responsibilities:
Craft strategies to drive sales growth with key stakeholders in the dealer sales channel and end users
Serve as the primary point of contact, nurturing relationships between the company and assigned dealers/offices
Effectively communicate with Fortune customers, delivering high-level sales strategies, ROI analyses, and technical solutions
Provide technical expertise to dealer sales channel and end users, offering detailed analysis and recommending hardware/software solutions
Manage dealer sales channel accounts, territories, marketing programs, and provide educational support
Conduct high-level sales calls, develop retail sales proposals, and assist with bid support
Coordinate product launches and updates with dealer sales channel
Manage certain events/tradeshows coordination
Resolve routine issues applying company policies and procedures
Demonstrate working knowledge of company products and services
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of related experience
Experience in copier sales/A3 market is essential
Preferable experience in B2B retail sales, customer interactions, copier dealer or manufacturer settings
Hold CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ Certification
Hold CompTIA Network+ Certification
5+ years of sales/sales support experience in relevant industries
Sales Certification in 6 core Skill-Soft areas required:
