Advise customers about the equipment and parts available for a specific vehicle or car brand. Communicate clearly and efficiently between the service and parts departments. Maintaining and tracking inventory. Maintain organized stock and monitor inventory levels. Use parts systems to locate and order parts as needed. Keep workflow moving in a fast-paced, high-volume shop.
