Your Role: As a Clothing Sales Associate, you will play a crucial part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Greeting customers with enthusiasm and determining their needs. Showcasing and selling a variety of apparel and related products. Keeping merchandise well-organized, stocked, and priced accurately. Assisting at the cash wrap and supporting other departments as needed. Promoting special offers and our C-A-L Ranch credit card to customers. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: We are looking for individuals who are: Friendly and engaging in customer interactions. Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds (assistance available for heavier items). Willing to learn and utilize our Point of Sale (POS) system. Effective communicators, both verbally and in writing.
