About the Family: An active, loving, and Christian faith-centered household is seeking a warm and experienced nanny to join their home. Their family includes two children, ages 1 year and 5 years. They are seeking a caring nanny to provide daily support with homeschooling and engaging educational activities. As they transition to homeschooling, they hope to welcome a caregiver who can offer both attentive care and creative, engaging learning experiences. The ideal candidate will embrace a Montessori, play-based, and nature-inspired approach to education, and share the family’s Christian faith and values.
Key Responsibilities Support a smooth start to the day by assisting with morning routines, including dressing and other personal care needs for both children
Facilitate a structured daily schedule with designated times for educational play and homeschooling activities
Create and deliver engaging lessons and activities rooted in Montessori, nature-based, and Christian faith-based principles
Foster creativity, curiosity, and physical development through thoughtfully planned play and learning opportunities
Encourage independent play and outdoor exploration while delivering all care and learning activities within the home, with no driving responsibilities required.
Prepare and serve nutritious lunches as part of the daily care routine
Manage nap routines for the 1-year-old, ensuring a calm and restful environment
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as keeping children’s areas and common spaces tidy after use, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment

Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to foster growth, curiosity, and development in both children
Enjoys working in an active household with pets
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of professional childcare experience, with both infants and preschool-aged children
Strong understanding of Montessori and nature-based learning philosophies; experience with homeschooling or educational support preferred
Demonstrated ability to design and implement Christian faith-based educational activities
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework or degree preferred
Valid driver’s license (though no driving is required for this role)
Excellent time management skills and ability to maintain a structured daily schedule
Comfort working in a home with pets and ability to support an active household
Detail-oriented, tidy, and able to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for children
