Your Role and Responsibilities Engage with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals in our vibrant Showroom. Provide tailored recommendations that fit space, style, and budget considerations. Build enduring relationships by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Educate customers on the installation and use of our varied products. Track and meet your individual sales goals while contributing to team success. Monitor store orders and offer customers timely product updates. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Embrace additional tasks as assigned. Compensation and Benefits This part-time sales role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16 to $19, depending on experience, along with an opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while working 20-30 hours per week.
