Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Sales Keyholder to enhance our team and create a positive shopping experience for our customers. The Keyholder will be responsible for performing opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring store security, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Execute opening and closing tasks, including balancing registers and preparing deposits.
Conduct overrides at checkout as necessary.
Keep the sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom clean and organized for a welcoming environment.
Adhere to company policies to maintain a safe atmosphere for customers and associates.
Assist in implementing product launches following company standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service, enhancing all aspects of the customer experience.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately to minimize wait times.
Resolve customer service issues positively, escalating to management as needed.
Promote credit and loyalty programs, guiding customers on their benefits.
Perform other essential functions as directed by your supervisor.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months in retail.
Comfortable using technology (iPad, registers).
Ability to meet defined availability criteria including nights and weekends.
Meets necessary physical requirements.
Critical Skills & Attributes
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
