Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, or up to two years of relevant work experience. Able to meet defined sales, retention, and customer experience targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consultative selling. Ability to adapt and build relationships with a diverse customer base. Capability to multitask and prioritize in a bustling service environment. Comfortable being mobile within the store for extended periods.
