Responsibilities Include: Explaining and demonstrating product capabilities while offering tailored suggestions based on customer needs. Meeting or exceeding targets related to customer experience, sales, and retention. Assisting with the opening and closing of the retail store environment. Handling cash transactions accurately. Participating in workshops, special events, and product demonstrations. Supporting fellow sales agents as needed. Expanding your knowledge of current Cox products and competitor offerings through regular training sessions. Being open to working at other locations within the same geographical area. Compensation comprises a base hourly rate of $17.00/hr. plus monthly commissions. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, or up to two years of relevant work experience. Able to meet defined sales, retention, and customer experience targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for consultative selling. Ability to adapt and build relationships with a diverse customer base. Capability to multitask and prioritize in a bustling service environment. Comfortable being mobile within the store for extended periods. Computer literate with a willingness to learn new products and services. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Physically able to lift 25-50 pounds for inventory management. Preferred Qualifications: Some college experience focusing on sales, business, or management. One year of experience in related fields such as sales or retail sales. Experience in selling wireless or mobile products. Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
