Key Responsibilities: Engage actively as part of a high-performing team, focused on trust, commitment, and achieving results. Build lasting relationships with customers, providing exceptional service from greeting to post-sale follow-up. Utilize proven retail sales techniques for clothing sales, custom orders, and special occasion rentals. Encourage and participate in team selling to enhance the store’s sales performance and metrics goals. Assist with merchandising and store projects, including conducting stock counts. Manage transactions as a cashier at the point of sale. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand and walk for most of your shift. Frequent bending, squatting, and lifting (up to 50 lbs). Ability to climb ladders to reach merchandise and visually distinguish fabric patterns and colors. You may have the exciting opportunity to work across various store locations and brands.
