Results-Oriented: Meet and exceed sales goals; manage profitability through personal and team efforts. Protect company assets through accurate inventory and cash management. Adaptability: Embrace change and make informed decisions quickly; exhibit a sense of urgency. Identify market trends by analyzing competitors and utilizing available resources. Report HR issues promptly to your manager. Requirements: Retail sales experience is preferred. A desire to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Flexibility to work various retail hours. Physical Demands: This role involves constant movement, including talking, reaching, stooping, standing for extended periods, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
