You will work closely with our management team to assist with operations and merchandising while engaging with customers to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and online (ship to store) to enhance the shopping experience. Actively engage with all customers, showcasing exceptional selling behaviors. Greet every customer enthusiastically and maintain a positive attitude. Proactively interact with customers, interpreting cues and responding appropriately. Educate customers about loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to encourage purchases. Uphold the company’s branding by treating all customers and colleagues with respect and professionalism. Achieve or exceed goals related to company initiatives and programs. Assist in the timely and efficient receipt of merchandise. Help maintain an organized and efficient sales floor and stockroom. Support accurate merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory levels. Demonstrate commitment to our values: customer commitment, caring culture, winning attitude, and innovative spirit. Perform other duties as needed. Qualifications: Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive, with a drive to succeed. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings. Able to read and interpret company directives and manuals. Flexible schedule to meet the store's needs. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be comfortable using a ladder to retrieve and stock products. Capable of frequently moving and stocking products in the stockroom and sales floor. Ability to stand and move for extended periods while assisting customers. Effective communication with customers in person and electronically. Able to lift and move merchandise weighing 50 pounds or more. Proficient in operating Point of Sale systems and registers accurately.
