As a Part-Time Sales Team Leader, you will support the store leadership in overseeing sales and enhancing customer service, while mentoring your teammates and managing daily operations when needed. This position provides an excellent opportunity for first-time leaders.

Able to lift cartons weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed.

Purpose of the Role:
The Part-Time Sales Team Leader is essential in driving the store's profitability and achieving Key Performance Indicators by fulfilling leadership responsibilities on duty and providing outstanding customer service aligned with Under Armour's core values.
Your Impact:
Support sales targets and retail KPI achievements as part of the leadership team.
Model the brand's service standards and selling behaviors.
Provide detailed product information to customers.
Offer solutions to athlete requests.
Brand Image & Customer Experience:
Train teammates to foster a unique service and selling culture.
Utilize expertise to boost sales and athlete loyalty.
Share product knowledge with junior teammates.
Retail Operations:
Responsible for opening and closing the store as per standard procedures.
Train and guide teammates in daily operations.
Collaborate with leadership to maintain merchandising and floor standards.
Monitor store sales and adjust operations as necessary.
Adhere to loss prevention and safety standards.
Report any unusual activities to store leadership.
Support stock responsibilities as needed.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
Clearly communicate sales targets to achieve goals.
Support strategies to enhance sales and operations.
Assist with onboarding and training initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and numeracy skills.
Basic knowledge of people management.

One year of retail experience, preferably in sports/apparel & footwear.

Able to lift products weighing up to 25 lbs/12kgs.
Capable of standing or moving for extended periods.
Access to all areas of the store, including stock areas.
