Understanding Your Role: Access and interpret production and financial performance metrics for your department. Recognize how thorough execution positively impacts club performance. Main Responsibilities: Handle tire installations including mounting, dismounting, rotation, and balancing. Ensure proper disposal of tires and routine filling of propane tanks as per club policy. Keep the tire bay and waiting area clean and organized; merchandise the tire displays effectively. Provide excellent member service at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office as needed. Manage supply inventory accurately and utilize special-order tire programs appropriately. Follow safety and cleanliness standards, using tire bay equipment properly. Assist members with tire selection by verifying vehicle specifications. Complete all documentation related to tire sales and service orders accurately. Perform additional tasks as assigned, including support in other departments as required. Reliably report to work and maintain predictable attendance, as this is a key function of the role. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate both automatic and manual vehicles. Strong interpersonal skills are essential. Basic computer skills or a willingness to learn required. Prior experience in tire installation is preferred. Must complete Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire. Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance as needed. Work Environment: Exposure to both indoor and outdoor weather conditions. Primary job functions require standing and moving on hard surfaces, as well as frequent bending, climbing, and lifting. Work involves proximity to moving vehicles and machinery, which may require shouting to communicate. Occasional exposure to chemicals and strong odors in cleaning agents. The initial pay range for this position starts at $17.50.
