The leading manufacturer of fuel systems is seeking a Performance Automotive Tech Support, an automotive enthusiast who is passionate about the industry and willing to learn and grow. Our call center is located within our manufacturing facility in Lenexa, KS and the candidate will be supporting our customers and channel partners with exceptional support and technical advice.

Title: Performance Automotive Tech Support Location: Lenexa, KS (Onsite) Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday, flexible shifts available between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Technical service and sales to our consumers and channel partners.
• Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy.
• Provide technical support to customers on the phone and through email. 120-160 calls per week.
• Work collaboratively with the Tech team to provide a best-in-class experience for the customer.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships with all customers.
• Learn the technical ins and outs of our product lines through hands on experience and studying frequently asked questions and technical bulletins.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair products that are returned by customers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to communicate and troubleshoot with customers in a positive manner.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, hands on mechanical experience.
• Experience in sales or a willingness to learn professional sales skills.
• Automotive Performance enthusiast - you must have a passion for the industry.
• Experience with multiline phone system in a call center environment.
• Full time Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00, in office.
