Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager – Insurance We are seeking a Personal Lines Insurance Sales Manager to lead and grow a sales team. This role is responsible for managing personal lines policy sales, driving new business, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with a passion for helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Responsibilities:
Set and monitor sales objectives for the personal lines team
Drive new business production and oversee renewals
Mentor, recruit, and develop new producers/agents
Provide sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
Contribute to achieving agency sales targets
Stay current on industry and market developments
Ensure outstanding customer support and service
Act as a liaison between clients, staff, and carriers
Requirements:
College degree preferred or comparable work experience
5+ years’ experience in the personal lines insurance industry , with proven success in sales and service
Professional designations such as CPCU, CIC, AIS, or others a plus
Demonstrated management/leadership experience in a client service environment
Strong track record of producing new business and retaining clients
Active Property and Casualty License is required
Proven ability to exceed sales goals and develop a high performing sales culture
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and motivational skills
