Your role includes: Visiting neighborhoods and engaging homeowners with tailored pest prevention options Building relationships by listening to customer concerns and offering clear, honest guidance Learning and mastering our pest control products, treatments, and service plans Working closely with sales and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience Staying motivated by setting personal goals and competing to meet and exceed sales targets Helping expand our presence in the community through active outreach and follow-up You don’t need prior sales experience to join the HMG Pest Solutions team as a Field Sales Trainee.
