Shreveport & surrounding territory (must already live in territory) | Full-time | Field-based About the role Help us grow a high-potential territory and launch a new ENT product while driving adoption across Psychiatry and Primary Care. You’ll build lasting prescriber relationships and own results across diverse call points. Key call points Psychiatry • Primary Care • ENT (launch product) • Pain Management • Rheumatology • Orthopedic • Podiatry (Territory maps attached in the post.) What you’ll do Drive new Rx growth and market share across target specialties Launch and detail a new ENT product with crisp messaging & pull-through Cultivate and expand prescriber networks—especially in Psychiatry and ENT Plan efficient routes aligned to territory maps; maintain accurate CRM reporting Operate with high compliance and strong business acumen. What you’ll bring 1+ year of outside sales experience (required) 4-year college degree (required) Already reside within the territory (no relocation considered) 2+ years corporate work experience ; we’re not considering brand-new grads Preferred: Recent pharma sales experience and/or active Psych or ENT relationships Strongly preferred: Experience selling antipsychotics/psychotropics (APS) or antidepressants ( SSRI/SNRI/NDRI ) Compensation B2B sales background: Base $50K–$65K Pharma sales background: Base $65K–$75K (up to $80K for the right candidate with current/recent Psych or ENT relationships) Benefits & incentives commensurate with experience and territory performance How to apply Email your resume to joe@reppath.com.
