As our Pilates Studio Sales Director, you'll play a crucial role in driving studio growth and revenue through memberships, sales packages, and retail. In this exciting and fast-paced environment, you'll manage the sales funnel—from lead generation to closing sales—while meeting daily, monthly, and quarterly goals. You will supervise a team of Sales Representatives and help coordinate engaging grassroots events that attract new clients. Implement a successful sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes. Oversee membership and retail sales strategies. Manage staff schedules and supervise Sales Representatives. Make independent decisions to ensure high-level customer service. Maintain studio cleanliness and organization according to our standards. Plan and participate in networking and community events. Strategically manage marketing campaigns to drive leads. Requirements: 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred. Proficiency in driving personal sales and leading a sales team. Previous management or supervisory experience is advantageous. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone. A competitive spirit with a focus on solutions and results. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. High level of trustworthiness and ability to manage confidential information. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
