We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for managing your territory, generating leads, and closing deals in both B2B and direct sales environments. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand the customer base. Engage in outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and networking to identify new business opportunities. Manage existing accounts while nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze data for informed decision-making. Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales initiatives. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth within your territory. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in sales techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales preferred. Strong background in account management with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Ability to conduct effective product demos that resonate with potential clients. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience in lead generation techniques and territory management is a plus. Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. A proactive approach to problem-solving combined with a passion for achieving results. Previous experience in retail sales or direct sales environments is advantageous.
