As a Residential Plumbing Sales Technician, you'll combine your technical expertise with top-notch customer service and sales skills to deliver comprehensive solutions. Your day-to-day includes:
* *Diagnosing & Repairing:* Tackle everything from water heater troubleshooting to full repipes and drain replacements. * *Upselling & Advising:* Turn basic service calls into opportunities by identifying additional issues and presenting value-driven solutions to customers. * *Customer Focus:* Build trust with clients by explaining problems clearly, offering solutions, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. * *Sales Leadership:* Leverage your knowledge of plumbing systems and products to recommend and sell services that enhance customer satisfaction. * *Tech Savvy Tasks:* Use tools like Housecall Pro or similar software to manage schedules, document work, and follow up on leads. * *Team Collaboration:* Share insights and ideas with the team to improve services and maximize customer delight.

* *Experience:* 3-5 years of plumbing expertise with a deep understanding of complex systems, tools, and safety protocols. * *Sales Mindset:* Proven ability to upsell and communicate value while diagnosing and solving plumbing problems. * *Customer First Attitude:* A personable, professional demeanor that inspires trust and builds relationships. * *Technical Skills:* Strong knowledge in installations, repairs, soldering, water heater troubleshooting, and system replacements. * *Accountability:* Clean driving record, drug- and alcohol-free, and a commitment to representing the Lucky Plumbing & Rooter brand with integrity. * *Tech Proficiency:* Experience with Housecall Pro or similar CRM tools is a bonus.
