About You: You have experience or interest in Manufacturing or Industrial operations. You are passionate about Digital Transformation in Manufacturing and focused on delivering value to customers. You actively seek to improve systems, implement best practices, and enhance our methodology within the Digital Transformation Engineering Team. You are a team player familiar with agile environments. You aim to work cross-functionally to reduce our sales cycle and increase exposure to Tulip. You reside in the Boston area and are fluent in English. Required Skills: BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Computer Science); MSC is a plus. 5-10 years of enterprise SaaS pre-sales experience. 10+ years in Manufacturing or Industrial operations. Experience selling to or working with manufacturing companies on digital transformation. Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills. Experience with MES/MoM, LES/LIMS, WMS, QMS, ERP, SPC, IIoT, etc., is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership potential. Passion for technology trends like SaaS, PaaS, IIoT, and cloud solutions. Detail-oriented with quick learning ability. Willing to travel 10-50% depending on demand. Fluent in English and German. Key Responsibilities: Consult with customers on digital transformation. Collaborate with sales to advance opportunities and secure technical wins. Deliver technical demos and presentations. Articulate Tulip's benefits to various stakeholders. Support channel and strategic partners with technical training and product positioning. Identify and align with prospect stakeholders. Manage internal requests and contribute to product and process improvements. Gather requirements and assist in RFx responses. Lead in scope and estimate implementation projects.
