We're family owned and will treat you like family. We’re looking for a driven, experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our used car department and take it to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coach the pre-owned sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Manage inventory: purchasing, pricing, merchandising, and aging.
Appraise trades and acquire vehicles to maintain a profitable mix.
Set pricing strategies based on market trends and profit targets.
Work closely with F&I and service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Monitor key metrics (gross profit, volume, inventory turn).
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of management experience in automotive sales (pre-owned preferred).
Strong understanding of used car operations, inventory tools (vAuto, etc.), and reconditioning.
Leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Experience with CDK and VinSolutions.
