The Opportunity
In your role as Solutions Manager you will help us achieve our goals and deliver success on behalf of our customers by:
Scoping and Designing the best solutions for clients based on our unique ARIC platform
Acting in a lead role between technical and commercial teams and the customer
Providing good quality input to POCs, opportunities and RFXs including writing proposals, delivering presentations, customised demos, workshops and scoping sessions
Driving opportunities through the sales stages until internal handover to delivery. This will require management of expectations and timescales using negotiation skills and stakeholder management to overcome varied challenges to ensure opportunities stay on track
Creating a compelling vision during pitches to senior managers and stakeholders on the customer side during meetings, workshops and presentations. This will entail adapting the material and demonstration to suit the audience
Attending conferences including representing the company at a stand, presenting and demonstrating the product to assist in lead generation and gathering market intel
Building strong relationships with clients and seen as a trusted advisor on fraud and risk solutions
Providing enablement, support and training to the commercial team and following opportunities through to closure and subsequent delivery
Staying up to date with fraud trends and mechanisms to combat these within the industry and maintain market awareness of competitors and their capabilities towards an informed pitch
This role will work closely with teams in the LAC region, so requires fluent proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Able to translate the necessary outcome of a meeting into tasks and can orchestrate all the work needed for preparation, execution and follow-up

Able to escalate and resolve issues that arise
Able to proactively engage with customer stakeholders to win them over
Can handle detractors and win them over with strong communication and diplomacy skills
Can steer customers towards a better solution for FS when custom requirements need to be managed
Seen as a trusted advisor by senior internal stakeholders. Involved in internal strategy decisions and initiatives that improve the company
Able to educate team members on how to communicate to senior stakeholders
Identifies and champions improvements needed in training and team processes. Creates content, designs agendas, coordinates the attendees and ensures actions are completed
Proactively assists with new starter training. Mentors and trains new starters and more junior team members
Skills and Experience
Must haves
Experience working alongside a commercial or technical team or experience working client side either at a bank or insurance company
Strong academic background (Technology or Scientific degree)
Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English , as well as good presentation skills
Interest in fraud domain and detection strategies
Basic understanding of analytical techniques including statistical modelling and Machine Learning
Technical awareness as part of software sales discussions e.g. operating systems (Linux), cloud computing (Azure, AWS), data types (CSV, XML, JSON) and database technologies & storage
Strong ability to engage with different roles in the internal business such as sales, accounts, technical, SME’s
Prioritizing high and changeable workloads towards ensuring internal and external deadlines are met
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 15-25% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,700.00 to 170,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
