About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Specialist with 2–5 years of experience to support our sales and business development team in the IT managed services space. You will help qualify leads, build proposals, prepare Statements of Work (SoWs), and ensure our sales pipeline runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone early in their career with strong sales and marketing foundations, familiarity with IT services, and the ability to create professional client-facing materials.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Qualification
  • Support prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns.
  • Research prospects, industries, and accounts to support targeted engagement.
  • Capture and qualify leads in the CRM, ensuring accurate pipeline visibility.
  • Participate in early discovery to document client requirements.
Proposal & Documentation
  • Draft proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and Statements of Work for managed services deals.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing to ensure client needs are clearly addressed.
  • Maintain reusable templates, pitch decks, and case studies.
Sales & Marketing Support
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, events, and content to generate demand.
  • Organize logistics for conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities.
  • Manage pre-sales tasks such as scheduling calls and preparing materials for sales leaders.
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to refine messaging and positioning.
CRM & Process Discipline
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM.
  • Track and report on pre-sales metrics such as conversion rates and pipeline health.
  • Ensure documentation is organized and accessible to the sales and delivery teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or sales support within IT managed services or software services.
  • Understanding of IT managed services (infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, helpdesk, digital workplace).
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to draft client-facing proposals.
  • Proficiency in CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience creating Statements of Work for IT services.
  • Exposure to B2B enterprise sales environments.
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
  • Experience supporting trade shows, webinars, or industry events.
