Key Responsibilities: Receive and stock merchandise, including produce, meat, dairy, and bakery items. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including displays, shelves, and refrigeration units. Assist customers with product selection and provide information on products and promotions. Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Restock shelves, rotate stock, and maintain inventory levels to ensure maximum availability of products. Participate in visual merchandising efforts to create an attractive and inviting shopping experience. Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register. Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
