The Job
The Product Manager - Sales Technology & Experience is responsible for driving the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of sales platforms and tools that enable internal teams, brokers, and partners to sell Medicare Advantage effectively and compliantly. This role ensures a streamlined, user-centric, and integrated sales experience by collaborating across departments and with external vendors.
You Will
Define and continuously evolve the product vision for sales tools and digital experiences aligned to business strategy and growth goals
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, IT and Engineering to identify technological needs and address experience pain points
Lead vendor and platform integrations-including requirements, implementation, and optimization of tools: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Connecture, Genesys, etc.
Enhance user experience across internal and external sales tools, prioritizing simplicity, speed, and compliance
Prioritize enhancements based on business impact, usability, compliance requirements, and broker/consumer feedback
Serve as the Product Owner within an Agile environment, translating business needs into clear user stories and actionable functional requirements
Measure and optimize performance using KPIs such as application throughput, broker satisfaction, conversion rates and system uptime
Ensure compliance with CMS sales and marketing guidelines in all digital and technology touchpoints
Champion innovation-bring new ideas to reduce friction and improve digital enrollment, broker onboarding, and field sales experience

Your Qualifications
Bachler's Degree in Business, Product Design, Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience preferred
Master's Degree preferred
5-8 years of product management experience, including working with business stakeholders, defining user stories, managing roadmaps and establishing backlogs
Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, in a digital / AI-focused environment.
Strong background in user experience, design thinking, or journey mapping
Experience working with Agile/Scrum framework and backlog tools
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple and competing tasks, working independently and in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff, within and external to the organization to achieve goals. Experience with coordinating diverse groups of individuals to achieve overall program success
