The Program Manager – Revenue & Sales Enablement is responsible for leading the successful delivery and adoption of technology initiatives aligned to leasing, sales, finance, and operational functions. This role drives CRM, lease workflow, and sales optimization programs, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team.
This role partners with stakeholders, product owners, system administrators, vendors, and business subject matter experts to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned platform solutions that enhance user experience and improve operational performance.
The successful candidate will be an experienced program leader who thrives in a fast- paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about translating strategic initiatives into executable roadmaps.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end delivery of programs related to CRM (D365), lease management (MRI, A2Z), and sales experience platforms
Collaborate with business leaders to define scope, goals, and success metrics for high-impact initiatives
Lead development and execution of program plans, identifying dependencies, risks, milestones, and resource requirements
Partner with system administrators and analysts to ensure platform enhancements meet functional needs and align to enterprise standards
Manage internal and vendor delivery timelines, budgets, and change requests
Develop user-facing documentation, coordinate training, and drive user adoption efforts
Facilitate business process reengineering efforts and support testing and validation of platform enhancements
Provide ongoing communication and updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
Required: 5+ years of experience leading enterprise technology initiatives or large-scale digital programs
Experience delivering CRM or leasing technology platforms (e.g., D365, MRI, A2Z)
Proficient in Agile methodology: epics, personas, and user stories
Strong stakeholder engagement and business relationship management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Preferred: Knowledge of leasing and sales operations or trade show environments
Experience with sales management tools
Ability to translate strategy into actionable delivery roadmaps
Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools
