The Role
Responsibilities include project management of business-related efforts within a global luxury travel agency program, working with both internal and external stakeholders. This position will help to ensure the Program operates smoothly while assisting with the product enhancements to both the program's website and program policies. Additionally, this position will own the creation of reports on program performance.
This person will independently manage lower complexity projects including responsibilities such as gathering status and writing status reports, capturing and distributing meeting minutes, documenting and managing risks and issues, creating and maintaining project schedules, keeping projects on track, within scope, and budget.
Produce reports utilizing large amounts of Program data in Excel and the Program Dashboard. Create program metrics with the use of excel pivot tables and collaborating with analytics team. Act as the point of contact on performance and metrics related requests.
Become a SME for the program and act as an escalation point for customers. Effectively perform problem solving by troubleshooting and researching issues.
Act as the liaison between the business and the digital team to communicate requirements, report website issues, conduct user testing, and provide feedback on digital enhancements with the product team.
Create and maintain program documentation including training materials, SOPs, marketing collateral, user guides, intranet website, and customer presentations.
Ensure program policies and requirements are being met and execute compliance processes when necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
· 5 years of Project Coordination or Project Management experience
· Bachelor's degree
· Application Experience Needed to Perform this Job
o Project scheduling tool such as MSProject
o Web content management experience and use of tools such as CQ5 and Adobe Experience Manager
o SharePoint
o Understanding of Cube, Tableau or similar Analytical reporting
o MSOffice Suite with an advanced level in Excel
· Additional Comments and Requirements
o Ability to work independently, take initiative to learn on their own
o Ability to manage time and prioritize work
o Have strong verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent attention to detail
o Strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to troubleshoot and drive issue resolution years of experience in same field, industry, or other equivalent business/ function role
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards, an annual bonus, monthly or quarterly incentives, etc.
The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
