Summary:
The main function of a sales operations analyst is to support business performance via data driven recommendations to drive efficiency and alignment across the org. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget. This role requires the candidate to have multiple skills including sales analytics, business analytics, and program management.

There are weekly team meetings and the team is supportive of one another! The ideal candidate will have both project and product launch management experience, as this team will be driving a lot of retailers to launch completions.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain communication across business units.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics and offer insights to be communicated on a weekly, quarterly, and monthly basis.
Oversee new product launch activities, ensuring that milestones are met and that there's alignment across the organization.
Establish and/or improve business processes, document and lead process adoption and change management.
Track budgets and expenditures, monitor transactions and costs against budgets.
Performance Measurement:
Performance will be measured on deliverables, quality of work, ability to communicate, completing tasks by assigned deadlines, and peer feedback
Must-Have Skills:
5-7 years of experience
Operations experience
Project management experience
Strong written and verbal presentation skills
Data analysis and data entry experience
Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Industry product knowledge / Ecomm experience
Product launch experience
Account knowledge and data insights
Soft Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and strong time management skills
Strong organizational skills
Adaptability to ambiguity / creative thinking
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, or relevant field required
Pay range is $44 - $49 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
