Sales Representative - Residential & New Construction Painting Location: Reno–Tahoe Region (Onsite / Field-Based) About the Opportunity Do you love being in the field every day — walking job sites, meeting clients, and building strong relationships? We are representing a premier, high-end residential and commercial painting company with $10M+ in annual revenue and a reputation for exceptional quality. We are seeking a Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment — someone who can confidently read plans, connect with decision-makers, and drive results. Key Responsibilities Generate new business by networking, prospecting, and meeting clients daily.

Build long-term relationships with builders, GCs, developers, and homeowners.

Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and construction plans to prepare accurate estimates.

Attend job walks, site visits, and pre-bid meetings to identify opportunities.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Track your sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve $2M+ in annual sales.

Represent the company at industry and community events.

Qualifications Self-driven and accountable — thrives independently with a “hunter” mentality.

At least 3 years of sales experience (construction/painting helpful but not required).

Strong ability to build relationships and close business.

Comfortable reading and understanding plans.

Enjoys being on jobsites and in front of clients every day.

Organized, confident, and resilient in achieving goals.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
