The Project Sales Executive will play a crucial role in developing project opportunities, building strong client relationships, collaborating with teams to prepare accurate proposals, delivering persuasive sales presentations, and maintaining a healthy backlog of opportunities. This role also requires staying current on technical knowledge and market trends and promoting the company's services and programs to clients. Key responsibilities include: Developing project opportunities through service base, capital planning, and energy initiatives Building strong client relationships by listening, assessing needs, and providing tailored solutions Collaborating with internal and external teams to prepare accurate proposals and estimates Delivering persuasive sales presentations and driving proposals to successful closure Maintaining a healthy backlog of opportunities and track progress in Salesforce Staying current on technical knowledge and market trends Promoting service, maintenance, and energy programs to clients The ideal candidate would have: A solid understanding of the commercial HVAC market Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems At least two years of project experience (or equivalent education and residential experience) Certifications such as CEM, LEED AP-OM, and control system experience are preferred Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude Excellent communication skills, integrity, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service The Project Sales Executive will frequently travel to local job sites, so reliable transportation is required. They will work closely with mechanical equipment, often on ladders and in noisy or confined spaces, while developing relationships with a wide range of professionals, including skilled trades, engineers, architects, and finance and facility management executives.
