Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business, meet new business goals as established
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads from referrals, marketing efforts, and inbound inquiries
- Recommend Allstate insurance solutions tailored to meet individual and family needs
- Educate clients on protecting their homes, vehicles, families, and financial assets
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Engage with and support the local community by helping people prepare for life's unexpected events
- Provide an exceptional customer experience that fosters loyalty and trust
Requirements
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- High energy and passion for helping others

- Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding expectations
- Sales experience is a plus but not required (we provide training and coaching)
