Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Establish strong connections with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing bespoke advice.
Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients to discuss their Property & Casualty insurance options.
Policy Recommendations: Tailor insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enrich client portfolios with additional insurance products.
Customer Service: Ensure prompt and efficient handling of client inquiries and concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to offer informed guidance.
Sales Targets: Work towards meeting and exceeding set sales objectives.
Requirement
Licensing: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in managing CRM tools and remote communication platforms.
Self-Motivated: Able to work independently while maintaining high productivity.
Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing excellent service and building long-term client relationships.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
