Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Provide product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills are essential for handling transactions. Experience in supervising or training new staff is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Ability to perform retail math calculations effectively.
