A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for the R&D Operations Manager.

Position type: Full-time– Contract

Duration: 14 Months

Location: REMOTE

As R&D Operations Manager, you will: You will contribute to the execution of the functional strategy within Client’s clinical biomarker portfolio, with a focus on driving supplier management initiatives and identifying opportunities to improve processes and tools. This role is accountable for planning, coordinating, and executing project management and operational activities to advance Client’s biomarker strategies. This role ensures alignment across projects, oversees assay development and implementation, and serves as the primary operational contact for biomarker activities.

Basic Qualifications: PhD and/or Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant PM experience OR Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant PM experience OR Associate’s degree and 6 years of relevant PM experience

Top 3 Must Have Skill Sets: Supplier and Contract Management Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Process Optimization and Systems Proficiency.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $65.00-$75.00 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
