If you excel at cultivating new business relationships and maintaining existing ones, we want to meet you! In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering strong connections with clients and stakeholders through proactive outreach, project assessments, and in-depth market analysis. You'll keep a finger on the pulse of local market dynamics, collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to concrete standards while driving growth through effective communication and enhanced processes. Your Key Responsibilities: Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients, assessing project needs and preparing competitive bids Conduct regular client meetings to identify opportunities and address their requirements Enhance and safeguard our market share in the local concrete sector Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies to shape effective sales tactics Gather and evaluate intelligence on your territory, including permits and customer demographics, to meet sales objectives Work closely with quality control and sales teams to review project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service Keep abreast of local, county, and state concrete guidelines and regulations Deliver engaging presentations to educate clients about our concrete products and quality assurance Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and recommend improvements based on their feedback Adhere to company policies while preparing detailed and timely reports as required What We’re Looking For: At least 1 year of experience in the concrete sector, ideally in a sales capacity Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Commerce, Sales, or Engineering Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging diverse stakeholders A strong commitment to customer service, demonstrated by a successful track record of acquiring new accounts Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively Position Details: This is a full-time, permanent position based primarily in the field Working hours are Monday to Saturday, totaling 40 or more hours per week Some travel to various job sites will be necessary A valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record is required Why Choose BURNCO?
