Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network Investment property lead generation Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
