KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Secure new and expanded business opportunities Maintain accurate and current information in the company database Attend networking and industry events Accompany prospective clients to property sites and discuss features Prepare letters of intent, listing agreements, and negotiate purchase-sale agreements and addendums Coordinate an efficient marketing and transaction process with multiple parties REQUIREMENTS Must have a Real Estate License Bachelors degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of sales experience preferred but not required Competitive nature and excellent communication skills Strong prospecting skills and ability to penetrate new accounts Organizational skills to maintain a large database of clients and prospects Professional work ethic and integrity Ability to work independently and in a team Industrious and coachable personality with a strong desire for success MREIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
