$129,000+ at plan yearly

Responsibilities

Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience

Qualifications

Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree preferred Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and can travel by car 1+ years of buyers agent or relevant real estate experience Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads A cell phone and a laptop computer are needed Ability to communicate effectively Self-motivated Full-time real estate agents 40+ Hours a week Utilize and maintain your CRM Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients Ability to work in a team atmosphere Be coachable Be accountable
