Compensation: $120,000+ Responsibilities: Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
Qualifications: At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
An established track record of successful real estate sales
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
