We’re looking for a motivated and professional Buyer’s Agent to guide clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes, handling negotiations, and finalizing the sale, you’ll be the trusted point of contact, ensuring every buyer has a positive experience.


First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+.


This opportunity offers rewarding commissions, hands-on mentorship, and a collaborative team environment designed to help you succeed and move into production quickly.


Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients and provide expert guidance throughout the home-buying process
  • Contact and follow up with pre-qualified leads provided through team systems
  • Schedule and conduct property showings with buyers
  • Write and negotiate offers to secure contracts for clients
  • Maintain regular communication to build long-term client relationships
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and stay organized
  • Collaborate with team members and coaches to refine skills and strategies
Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
