Commission-Based Role – Potential to Earn $100,000+ Compensation: $100,000+ potential at plan earnings Responsibilities: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Qualifications: Excellent communication and negotiating skills Skilled in industry practices and lease language Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Independent and self motivated About Company Cr8tive Realty was born in 2008 and is unlike any other Real Estate company in the Richmond Area.
