At Premier Sarasota Homes, we connect people to their dream homes across Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Lakewood Ranch. We’re seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to engage warm real estate leads, qualify prospects, and set appointments that drive our business forward.


Compensation & Schedule

  • $22 - $28/hr base + up to $100 per appointment met + quarterly $1,000 bonus opportunities. Our part-time ISAs make $3,000+ monthly.
  • Part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible weekday and weekend shifts (4-6 hour blocks, morning or evening).
  • Option to swap shifts and adjust schedule weekly

Work with industry-leading tools - Great Agent CRM, Click-to-Call system, Video Emails, and Sales Performance Dashboards - to engage high-quality, pre-screened inbound leads.

Compensation:

$28 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Convert Sarasota-area inbound/outbound inquiries, return website visits, and new lead sign-ups within 5 minutes via phone/text/email; set kept appointments for buyer/seller sessions.
  • Log every touchpoint in our Great Agent CRM; tag interests, timeline, motivation, and keep data clean for seamless agent handoffs.
  • Qualify with LP MAMA/ALM (Location, Price, Motivation, Timeline, Financing); confirm DNC/TCPA and Florida two-party consent before live calls.
  • Nurture pipeline and past leads across Sarasota/Manatee (Siesta Key, Lakewood Ranch, Venice) with targeted call/text/email campaigns and turn those leads into qualified real estate leads.
  • Hit weekly scorecard goals (dials, convos, set/kept appts) and deliver Great Agent sales performance reports; align to monthly/quarterly targets.
Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
