We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Agent who wants to learn the business, master the phones, and gain the skills to eventually become a Listing Agent. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+

Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions Responsibilities: Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
Qualifications: Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
Real estate license or pursuing required
Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads
