In this role, you'll focus on identifying strong sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting our agents in turning prospects into closed deals. It's a strong entry point for those looking to eventually move into a listing agent position.

Responsibilities

•Relentless lead follow-up
•Follow the team plan
•Lead generation
•Set appointments
•Close appointments
•Close sales
•Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent
•Database and CRM mastery
•Sales scripts
•Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met
•Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
•Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent
•Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
•Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us

Qualifications

•A real estate license is required
•Superb communication
•Commission opportunity
•Sales experience
•Valid U.S. driver's license required, able to travel by car
•Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred
•Applicants must have a real estate license
•Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills
•One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry
