We are looking for a licensed Inside Sales Agent who is motivated to learn to build a strong pipeline and grow into a future listing career while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is with a top producing team in Phoenix that provides structure, support, and consistent momentum for agents who want to scale their business.


First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+


In this role, you will learn to qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify new opportunities, and connect prospects directly with experienced producers. You will be guided by proven systems, supported by steady lead flow, and mentored by team leaders who will help you develop the skills to eventually take on listings of your own.

Compensation:

$140,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
  • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads

Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • A real estate license is required
