We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent with a real estate license or in the process of obtaining one, ready to build a strong pipeline and grow into a future listing agent role. If you are driven, strategic, and eager to succeed, this position provides rewarding commissions and a clear path toward long term success.
In this role, you will qualify inbound and outbound leads, identify new opportunities, and connect prospects with our top producing agents. You will be guided by proven systems, supported by steady lead flow, and mentored by experienced leaders who will help you develop the skills to eventually take on listings of your own.

Compensation: $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities: Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals
Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions

Qualifications: Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
A real estate license is required
Superb communication
Must live within the greater Phoenix area
Sales experience
