Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
Find acquisition properties Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network Investment property lead generation Investment property lead follow-up Listing appointments Investment property buyer and seller sales Execute appointments Sales talk Close sales Qualifications: Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
